Our commitment

IND AMICUS LEGAL (“the Firm”) wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to read and use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What we have done

• Pages use a clear heading structure and landmarks, so screen reader users can move around easily.
• All links, buttons and the enquiry form can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
• Text and background colours are chosen for strong contrast, and text can be enlarged in the browser without losing content.
• The layout adapts to phones, tablets and desktops, and to light and dark display settings.
• Motion is minimal, and the site respects the “reduce motion” setting on your device.
• Images that carry meaning have text alternatives, and decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.

Known limitations

• We have not yet had this website independently audited, so some issues may remain.
• The disclaimer window that appears on arrival is a pop-up. Keyboard users can reach its buttons with the Tab key.
• The Regulatory Insights list is collected automatically from regulators’ feeds. Linked documents on regulators’ websites, including PDFs, are outside our control and may not be fully accessible.
